Spark Innovation in the Hospitality Industry
Dear Shareholders,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support.
TAKE and GIVE. NEEDS Co., Ltd. has set forth a vision to lead Japan as a leading company in the hospitality industry. As reflected in the rise of “new luxury” consumption, society today is increasingly oriented toward well-being. The essence of hospitality lies not merely in “OMOTENASHI”(service), but in “creating meaningful human connections.” We believe that hotels, as a means of wellness, are uniquely positioned to deliver intrinsic value to society.
Against this backdrop, we will lead the next generation of luxury experiences by delivering value that transcends conventional concepts.
Currently, preparations are underway for new locations scheduled to open in 2027, as well as the launch of multiple new brands. In addition, we have established a global expansion framework through the creation of an International Division. At the same time, we are strengthening our earnings base through strategic investments in existing facilities.
We firmly believe that our global ambitions will help open new pathways for the Japanese economy, and we will continue to pursue the realization of this vision with determination.

Dear Shareholders,
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support.
In the fiscal year ended December 2025, we accelerated initiatives aimed at expanding our business foundation and creating new value. These included the acquisition of two wedding venues in Nagoya, the establishment of consulting partnerships with two prestigious and historic hotels, and the formation of a strategic alliance with a leading travel agency in Hong Kong in the inbound wedding segment.
Building on our core strength in exclusive, high-value, and premium wedding services, we have also entered the casual wedding segment to better address increasingly diverse customer needs, thereby expanding the breadth of our value proposition.
While the market environment remains challenging, including a decline in marriage intentions among younger generations, we view these structural changes as opportunities. Together with our partners, we are committed to creating new demand and leading the evolution of the industry.
Looking ahead, we will further enhance the competitiveness of our existing businesses while proactively expanding into new domains and advancing strategic alliances. Through these efforts, we aim to achieve sustainable growth and maximize corporate value.
We sincerely appreciate your continued understanding and support as we execute our growth strategy.
