Targets clarify our priorities for action in the present, and reveal to us the kind of associates and staff we need. In order to set new targets in the course of personal growth,
we must have the courage to overturn established norms.

Rather than relying on colleagues for help, or thinking"Someone else will deal with that," each individual must adopt the attitude, "If I don't do it, who will?" New issues sometimes emerge between organizations or departments, often due to vagueness concerning the boundaries of responsibility. We should not become negative when faced with these challenges, nor should we ignore them. Instead, we must confront these problems as our own and find solutions to them.

Senior staff should nurture their juniors, and take responsibility for their development. Junior staff should in turn show respect for their seniors which will lead to a relationship of mutual trust and expectation. The shared obligation towards these expectations and the effort to meet them then leads to personal growth. In this way, staff can create an enjoyabl environment in which they can focus on their jobs.

We must show consideration for everyone we encounter.
A considerate environment produces work imbued with the same kind of consideration. We grow as individuals by working with this thoughtful approach, and as a result, the Company grows. So without this thoughtfulness, there can be no growth.
